Terms and Conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and experience. Please review the following policy for cancellations, returns, and refunds, which apply to both event services (non-physical products such as event tickets) and physical products.

1. Physical Product Returns
• Return Eligibility: If you wish to return a regular retail purchase (non-event related), you may do so within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
• Faulty Goods: If the physical product is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product for to arrange a refund or exchange. If the product is outside of this period and still faulty, we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis.
• Non-Refundable Items: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they do not match the description or quality promised at the time of purchase.

2. Event Ticket Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations with Notice: If you have purchased an event ticket and can no longer attend the event, please notify us as soon as possible at hello@shufflecafe.co.uk or call 01284701196.
• Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a refund if your cancellation request is made 5 working days or more before the event is due to take place.
• Cancellation within 5 Working Days: If you cancel within 5 working days of the event, you may still be eligible for a refund if we can fill your spot with another paying customer. If your spot is not filled, a refund will not be issued. However, you will still be entitled to any goods required for participation and included in the ticket price (e.g., a "Prerelease Pack" or booster packs for other sealed format events). Please note that participation awards and other prizes are excluded from this entitlement.

3. Refund Process
• Refund Requests: Refunds are only eligible for requests made within the appropriate timeframe (e.g., 5 working days for events or 14 days for retail purchases). Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
• Store Credit: If you are entitled to a refund, but prefer store credit, it will be issued upon request. Store credit can be used for future purchases or events and will not expire unless otherwise stated.

4. Processing Fee for Non-Faulty Product Refunds
• For refunds requested on non-faulty products purchased electronically (whether physical or non-physical), a £0.50 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative costs. This fee does not apply to refunds for faulty products.
