“Superb spot in Bury. Staff are really knowledgeable about all the games in their extensive library and actively engage with customers to teach. The range of games is incredible, from small 10min quick learns to epic sagas that take hours to learn and play. Every time we've been we've ended up staying longer than expected as the food and drink are so good you don't want to leave. Events are really well attended and get booked up quickly. Booking for table time highly recommended as it can be busy.”

The people are lovely and welcoming, the vibe is great and relaxed, the music is brilliant, and the food is to die for! Great selection of board games and staff are willing to explain the games and help you along if needed. Definitely get the breadsticks and houmous, and the mango chilli smoothie - will be visiting again - excited for dnd evening!

Vegetarian options: Good variety of snacks and food not just one thing

If you want a different night out check this place out great food and drinks including decent craft beer plus more games than you could ever play .. if you wanna go old school theres monopoly and connect four but just ask any of the staff what you should play and they will help you pick something you have never heard of before then teach you how to play

Genuinely the most wholesome experience I have had in years. Incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff who obviously love being there. Went as a TOTAL novice of most board games (standard thing aside) and had an absolute blast with two friends whilst enjoying delicious cocktails.

I would love it if they'd expand their evening menu a fraction but I totally know why they're keeping things simple as they are all about the games and it was such a pleasure. So wonderful to see the broad demographic that visited and to be a part of that crowd. Very very welcoming. I will 100% be back. Nice one, folks! ☮️

We’re a lot like a regular cafe or bar, but with a bit of a twist… we have HUNDREDS OF GAMES that you can play during your visit! In that way, we’re also a little bit like going bowling or to the cinema, where you pay an admission fee to enjoy and take part in an experience with friends and family. But with us, the main attraction is the variety of games we have!
…but why should you pay to play board games when you’ve got a perfectly good copy of Monopoly at home…? Because with our library of over FIVE HUNDRED different games, and the expert knowledge on hand to help you find the right ones to suit everybody at the table… we're here to show you to something NEW, and introduce you a side of gaming that you’ve never experienced before!

As a licenced premises for the sale and consumption of alcohol on-site, we require that anyone under the age of 14 be accompanied by an adult of 18 or over.
