Pokémon League Challenge - February 22nd

It’s time to test your skills, tweak your decks, and prove you’ve got what it takes to be the very best! ?

Our next Pokémon TCG League Challenge is just around the corner, and it’s your chance to battle it out for Championship Points, exclusive prizes, and bragging rights! Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or looking to take your first step into the competitive scene, this event is the perfect opportunity to show off your deck-building genius!

Event Details

• Date: Saturday, January 22nd, 2024
• Time: 18:30 PM - Approx. 11:00 PM
• Entry Fee: £10 per person
• Location: Shuffle Board Game Cafe

Prizes

• Every player will receive a Pokémon TCG booster pack* and a prize pack.
• Additional boosters* will be awarded to those finishing in the top half of the table, depending on placement.
• The top 4 players will also receive Championship Points, helping them on their journey to compete in the World Championship!

*All Booster Packs to be replaced with Prize packs in the event of low stock.

Tournament Structure

• Rounds: 4 rounds of 50-minute Swiss (with capacity attendance)
• Deck Requirements: Players need to bring a legal 60-card deck in the current format and provide a decklist on the day.

Additional Information

League Challenge events are a fantastic way to get started in the world of competitive Pokémon TCG play. These local, entry-level events allow players to earn Championship Points and work toward an invitation to the World Championships!

• League Challenge events are open to all players.
• Players need to bring their own legal 60-card deck.
• All players who have Pokémon Trainer Club accounts and are in good standing with the Play! Pokémon rules are welcome to participate.
• Players must have a Pokémon Trainer Club account with a Player ID attached and must have opted in to the Play! Pokémon program to earn points and prizes.

Full payment in advance is mandatory to secure your place at the event. A guaranteed refund, less a 50p processing fee, is applicable only if cancellation occurs with at least 72 hours' notice before the event. Refunds may still be possible after this period, but only if your spot can be filled by another paying customer.
