Event Structure

  • Top Cut: 2/3-Round Single Elimination
  • Top Cut: 70-minute Rounds

The tournament will follow the Competitive Rules enforcement structure, which means decklists will be required. A printed decklist must be submitted to a tournament official before the start of the first round. Deck checks will be performed throughout the event at the discretion of the head judge.

Doors open at 9:30am and the tournament will begin at 10:00am, comprising a maximum of 5 rounds of best-of-three swiss-paired matches. At approximately 4:30pm, the Top Cut will be announced. Those who make the top cut will go on to play up to a further 3 rounds of best-of-three single-elimination matches to determine an overall winner!

Prizes

All attendees will receive a Tinker Bell - Snowflake Collector non-foil promo card and a minimum of two Winterspell Packs participation prizing, with even more prizes up for grabs for those who go on to compete in the Top Cut!

  • 3rd - 4th Place: 6 x Winterspell Booster Packs
  • 5th - 8th Place: 5 x Winterspell Booster Packs
  • 9th and Below: 2 x Winterspell Booster Packs

Useful Information

  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted (with the exception of home-bottled water), however, food and drink can be purchased in the cafe as usual.
  • There will be a 30-minute lunch break at approximately 1:15pm, between rounds 3 and 4. Lunch pre-orders can be placed anytime up until the start of round 3.

  • We will be using the official Lorcana Tournament Host Ravensburger Play Hub to host the event. You will be required to have an active account before the start of the first round in order to participate in the event.
  • If, for any reason, you need to remain in the same seat for the duration of the event, please inform a member of the event team before the first round is paired, and they will do their best to accommodate you.
  • Please note that filming and/or photography may take place during the event for future marketing purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in our marketing, please let us know on the day before the event starts so that reasonable precautions can be taken.

Terms & Conditions

Full payment of the Event Entry Fee is required in advance in order to secure your place at the event. Event Entry Fee payments are refundable (less a £0.50 processing fee) where customer cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the event is due to take place. Any cancellations after this time will only be subject to a refund if we can fill your space with another paying customer.
