Booking Policies
General Information
Our bookings are managed manually, and this booking request form is one of several ways you can submit a booking enquiry with us.
Please note: This is not an automated booking system, and that submitting an enquiry through this form does not guarantee a booking for your requested time. A booking is only confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from us. To ensure we can reach you, please double-check that your email address is entered correctly on the enquiry form.
We strive to respond to all booking enquiries within 24 hours. If you don’t hear from us within this timeframe, we recommend reaching out through alternative contact methods. If we’re unable to accommodate your requested time or finalise your booking for any reason, we’ll notify you within the same 24-hour period and work with you to try and arrange an alternative time.

/admission/When booking, please note that access to our games library includes a Gaming Admission Fee applied per person to your bill. This fee supports our ability to provide knowledgeable staff who can assist with game rules and recommendations, as well as ongoing investments in maintaining and enhancing our games collection.

As part of the booking process, we ask that you confirm a maximum length of stay in advance. This helps us manage bookings effectively and avoid double-booking, ensuring that no other group is scheduled at your table during your allotted time.
Important: Management reserves the right to charge Gaming Admission fees for the entire agreed-upon stay duration, regardless of the actual time spent at your table.
Booking Deposits
For large bookings of more than 8 people, an advance deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount is equal to the total cost of Gaming Admission for the group.
When the final bill is settled, the full deposit amount will be applied exclusively to the Gaming Admission chargeable for your table.
If your stay exceeds the originally agreed-upon end time, additional charges will apply for the extended time at the standard Gaming Admission rate.

Cancellations & Refunds
For cancellations, the refund policy for booking deposits is as follows:
Bookings of up to 16 people: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to qualify for a refund.
Bookings of over 16 people: A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to qualify for a refund.
Partial-Party Cancellations: If part of your group cannot attend, we can issue a partial refund for their share of the deposit, provided notice is given within the same timeframes outlined above. Alternatively, with appropriate notice, the refundable amount can be applied as a deduction from your final bill. However, if notice is not provided or falls short of the required period, a refund for absentees is not guaranteed.
Refunds: Booking deposits are fully refundable (minus a £0.50 processing fee) where appropriate notice of cancellation is given. For deposits paid electronically, refunds can only be returned via the original payment method.
Private Hires
Private hire requests are evaluated and priced individually, taking into account the potential impact on our regular operations. Several factors may influence the pricing, including:
• The duration, day, and/or time of the event
• Peak seasons, such as school holidays
• Catering requirements
• Special requests that require additional staff
If your enquiry is for fewer than 25 people, we recommend considering a Large Booking instead.

Other Policies
Supervision of Young Persons: As a licensed premises, all guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
Outside Food and Drink: We kindly ask that no outside food or drink be consumed on the premises, with the exception of home-bottled water.
Animals: To ensure the safety and hygiene of our open food preparation area, only registered service animals are permitted within the premises.
